Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Nancy Nunez moved to Florida at the age of 15, where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Edison State College. With a passion for communications and real estate, Nancy has been a radio host for most of her life and is the founder of a popular regional Hispanic magazine in NC.

Nancy first obtained her real estate license in Florida in 2005, helping many families achieve their dream of homeownership. After moving to North Carolina over a decade ago, she expanded her expertise by obtaining a license in both Florida and North Carolina.

Nancy is passionate about guiding her clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, outdoor running, and practicing yoga and Pilates.
